6. Service Availability & Uptime

- Downtime caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)
- Service interruptions due to customer's own actions or third-party services
7. Data & Backups
While we provide daily backups as part of our service, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of all data and content. We are not responsible for:
- Data loss due to customer error or negligence
- Failure to restore data from backups
- Data corruption or loss during migration
- Our backup service is provided as a courtesy and should not be relied upon as your sole backup solution.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MindBees Hosting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to our servers. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our hosting services.
9. Limitation of Liability
